Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent years as a theatre performer, musician, and acting teacher. My teaching focused on movement training, guiding performers to build physical awareness and freedom of movement. Now, as a personal trainer, I’m here to help you develop the strength, mobility, and stamina you need to thrive.
